Day 33 – Race Day

Breakfast:

  • 1 Fruit Bowl = 140 calories
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Yogurt = 90 calories
  • 1/2 Cup Granola = 225 calories
  • 1 Raisin English Muffin = 160 calories
  • 1 Tbsp Strawberry Jam = 50 calories
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter = 95 calories

Post Race:

  • 1/2 Banana = 50 calories
  • 1 Orange = 50 calories
  • 1/2 Small Bagel = 96 calories
  • 1 Tbsp PB = 95 calories

Snacks:

  • M&Ms = 250 calories
  • 2 Cookies = 200 calories
  • 1 Hot Chocolate = 150 calories
  • Cheetos White Cheddar = 150 calories
  • 1 Poptart = 200 calories

Dinner:

  • 1 Wrap = 400 calories
  • Veggies = 100 calories
  • 1 Tbsp Hummus = 50 calories
  • 1 Apple = 100 calories

Daily Total: 2, 601 calories

Ok. I attribute all of this to my race. I needed extra fuel in the morning. However, I did not need to be eating cookies and drinking hot chocolate at work. Unnecessary. Monday I’m starting my 10k Training Program, so I will be back to my usual low-calorie days and lots of exercise.
