  • 1 Apple = 100 calories
  • Veggies & Hummus = 80 calories
  • 1 Serving Kettle-Cooked Chips = 140

Dinner:

  • 1 Salad = 100 calories
  • 2 Tbsp Honey Mustard = 130 calories
  • Grilled Chicken = 100 calories
  • 1 Yam = 118 calories

Then…

  • Multiple bowls of cereal.  Gotta cure that hangover.
