  • 1/2 Cup Strawberry Yogurt = 100 calories
  • 1/4 Cup Granola = 125 calories

Total: 365 calories

Lunch:

  • 1 Bowl of French Onion Soup (1/2 Cup Shredded Swiss Cheese = 240 calories; 2 Slices Italian Bread = 162 calories; etc) = roughly 500 calories

Snacks:

  • 3 Cookies = 300 calories
  • 16oz Popcorn = 150 calories
  • 1 Stewart’s Iced Coffee = 85 calories
  • Chex Mix = 210 calories

Dinner:

  • Chicken Nuggets & French Fries = 800 calories
