Breakfast I (1:15am):

  • 2 Cups of Coffee + Creamer = 34 calories
  • 1 Vans Multigrain Waffle = 90 calories
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter = 95 calories
  • 1/2 Banana = 45 calories

Breakfast I Total: 264 calories

Breakfast II (3:45am):

  • 1/2 Cup Vanila Light & Fit Yogurt = 55 calories
  • 1/4 Cup Granola = 125 calories
  • 1/2 Cup Watermelon = 23 calories
  • 1/2 Banana = 45 calories
  • 2 Strawberries = 10 calories

Breakfast II Total: 258 calories

Snack (5:55am):

  • 1 Kashi Dark Chocolate Coconut Granola Bar = 120 calories

Snack (7:00am):

  • 1 Apple = 80 calories
  • 1 String Cheese Stick = 50 calories

Snack (8:15am):

  • 3oz Baby Carrots = 35 calories
  • 5 Celery Sticks = 5 calories
  • 2 Tbsp Hummus = 50 calories

Snack (9:40am):

  • 1 Small Cappuccino w/ Brown Sugar = 150 calories (roughly)
  • 1 Bran Muffin = 260 calories

Lunch (12:30pm):

  • 2 Cups of Salad = 20 calories
  • 2 Tbsp Salsa = 10 calories
  • Mushrooms, Cucumbers, Onions, Green Peppers = 15 calories

BLECH:

  • Kashi Cereal Pieces = 100 calories  :(
  • Organic Popcorn Kernels = 200 calories (maybe even more!)  :(
  • Organic Pretzels = probably 250 calories :(   …or more
  • 2 Raw Cookie Dough Pieces = 180 calories
  • 1 Lean Cuisine Meal = 290 calories

This is what happens when I come home from work and don’t have a plan :(

Daily Total: 2, 337 (I’m going to round this to 2,500 calories)
