  • 1 Vans Flax Waffle = 100 calories
  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter = 95 calories
  • 1/2 Banana = 45 calories

Breakfast I Total: 294 calories

Breakfast II (5:30am):

  • 1 Cup Watermelon = 50 calories
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Light & Fit Yogurt = 55 calories
  • 1/4 Cup Granola = 125 calories
  • 1/2 Banana = 45 calories

Snack (6:30am):

  • 2 Quaker Apple & Cinnamon Rice Cakes = 100 calories

Snack (8:05am):

  • 1 Kashi Dark Mocha Almond Granola Bar = 130 calories
  • 1 Cup of Coffee + Skim + 1 Sugar = 20 calories

Lunch (10:00am):

  • 1 Lean Cuisine Meal = 290 calories

Dinner and OTHER SHIT:

  • Vegetable Lomein + WonTon Soup
  • Fried Noodles + Fortune Cookie
  • Mini Crunch & Baby Ruth Bars
  • 2 Coke Zeros
  • Organic Popcorn Kernals
  • Bowl of Captain Crunch Cereal
