  • 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter = 95 calories
  • 1 Tbsp Strawberry Jelly = 50 calories
  • 2 Cups of Coffee + Creamer = 34 calories

Snack (3:30am):

  • 1 Kashi Dark Mocha Almond Granola Bar = 130 calories

Snack (4:00am):

  • 1 Packet Quaker Weight Control Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal = 160 calories

Snack (5:45am):

  • 3 Chocolate Rice Cakes = 180 calories

Snack (7:20am):

  • 1 Light & Fit Yogurt Cup = 80 calories

Lunch (8:00am):

  • 3 Egg Whites (omelette) = 51 calories
  • 2 Slices of Whole Wheat Toast w/ a small amount of butter = 130 calories
  • Potatoes = 100 calories
  • 1 Medium Coffee w/ 1 Sugar + Soy Milk = 50 calories

Other:

  • 1 Raspberry Smoothie
  • 1 Box of Mini Crunch Bites (movie theater snack size)
  • Starbucks Coffee
  • Small bag of Sour Cream & Onion Chips
  • 2 Coors Light Beers
  • 1 Mini Snickers Bar
  • 1 Mini Butterfingers Bar
