			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><br /><p>Happy 2010! I can&#8217;t believe I actually remember the last decade. Weird. Anyway, yesterday I wasn&#8217;t able to complete my extensive list of workouts because of poor little Phoebe. I made it through everything except my 30-minute tempo run and the last 10 minutes of my kickboxing DVD (which was AWESOME by the way).</p>
<p>So, my plan for today is to work out as much as I possibly can! I just finished eating a light breakfast, so I&#8217;m going to get dressed and ready to go. Phoebe is pretty calm at the moment so I may actually be able to accomplish everything! As per my workout schedule a few entries down, this is my more detailed plan for today:</p>

<p>**OK, so I&#8217;m recognizing that I slipped up at the end of the day today. I wasn&#8217;t even hungry but EXHAUSTED (at 6:00pm no less!). I started getting chocolate and salt cravings. I didn&#8217;t have too much, although I may have overdone it on the Tortilla Chips a little. I decided to not even eat my baked chicken I cooked. So I packaged it up and put it in the fridge. At least I&#8217;ll have something for today (Saturday). I also screwed up again. At around 9:30, I got REALLY hungry and decided to have a bowl of Enriched Bran Flakes (90 calories per 3/4 cup). One bowl turned into 3 and I know I went a little overboard on the serving sizes. Not to mention, I didn&#8217;t measure out the Skim Milk. I figured I&#8217;d eat because I have to fast for my blood work this morning and I was hoping it would ward off at least a little bit of hunger. I think it did?</p>
<p>Either way, I feel good about saying that I&#8217;m confident I did not exceed 2,000 calories for the day. Let&#8217;s see what Day 221 will bring! Hopefully some better choices. This also keeps reaffirming how exhaustion affects me &#8211; I get tired and instead of going to sleep, I eat!</p>

<p>I just had the best heart-pumping 40-minute gym workout ever! I did 15 minutes on the elliptical to begin at 180 watts and level 12. I was sweating my ass off in no time. Then I hopped off and jumped onto the rowing machine for 10 minutes of insane rowing. It felt amazing and I can definitely feel my rowing endurance improving, which means I&#8217;ll be challenging myself to more difficult rowing workouts in no time! Then I got back on the elliptical to finish with another 15-minute workout. It felt great, and I feel like I made awesome use of my break!</p>
<p>My plan for the rest of the day is listed below in my weekly workouts entry. I can&#8217;t wait to try out my kickboxing DVD later&#8230;it&#8217;s going to be awesome! <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
